Lark smash aaLark at 4 Water Street is celebrating one year in business by hosting a “Summer Market Smash,” a collaborative art effort in grateful response to the village of Chester and countless customers who have made Lark’s first year so amazing.

On Sunday, June 28,  during the Chester Sunday Market, 100s of people stopped by Lark to “leave their mark” on a paint canvas. By the end of the day there were four colorful paintings, created by all of you, which are being displayed at Lark until the end of July.

During July leave your silent auction bid at Lark for one or all of the paintings. Four Chester nonprofits – the Chester Food Pantry, the Chester Historical Society, the Chester Hose Company and the Friends of Chester Library – will benefit from the collaborative creativity. Here are two of the four paintings – check out the others at Lark!
