This has taken way to long to share in the blog and for that I apologize. A good review is always great to read no matter when it was posted. So excited for Six Main. The review is titled, Artistry at Work in a Vegan Menu. Click over to the New York Times to read the full review if you haven’t already. We are so lucky to have so many great eateries and restaurants in Chester. I will leave you with just a snippet to wet you appetite.

But Ms. Carr’s skill is incontrovertible. She has managed to create a plant-based cuisine that is homey and elegant, satisfying, clean and beautiful without being fussy. And for sheer wizardry, one can only marvel at her flaxseed tostada topped with walnut-pepita “chorizo,” cumin-sunflower seed “frijols” and cashew “crema.
