Join Sarah Jansen founder and owner of  THE UPSTAIRS KITCHEN and guest Chef Emrys Tetu. Seasonal ingredients come together for a vegan, vegetarian menu that features classic fall components including apple, squash, kale and an end-of-summer pesto. This dinner, composed of five dishes, is inspired by traditional regional uses for September abundance. Discover new twists on the familiar and learn to create new favorites for your friends and family. Class is taught for omnivores as well as those who prefer to eat gluten-free, sugar-free, and dairy-free meals
