Award-winning cookbook author and River Tavern friend Dorie Greenspan will be cooking a special prix fixe dinner with Chef Chris Flahaven on Thursday, March 1st. The delicious four course menu will include recipes from Dorie’s latest cookbook, Around My French Table. Click here for a sneak peek of the menu. For those who don’t already have one, we’ll also have her gorgeous cookbook available for sale. The book is chock full of cooking tips, personal anecdotes and mouthwatering photos. Of note, Chris Flahaven and his wife Emily, an accomplished baker, recently assisted Dorie with the production of her first culinary app for the ipad. The prix fixe dinner is $75 per person.
