A fascinating look at an adorable couple, herb & dorothy vogel, whose passion for art was so strong that over 45 years they managed to amass one of the largest collections of minimalist and conceptual art in the world, all housed in a tiny one bedroom nyc apartment. Rich with interviews and period film footage, the film follows the bonds that grew with the vogels and the young emerging artists that they collected, including the world renown sol lewitt, andy warhol, jeff koons, richard tuttle, christo and jean-claude, chuck close, julian schnabel, and others. Guided only by loving the work that they bought, they became curatorial visionaries.
