This Sunday, November 20, at 5:00 p.m., Grammy nominated Jazz Pianist and Blue Note recording artist Bill Charlap will perform at the Chester Meeting House. This is a return performance for Charlap who graced the stage of Chester nearly 18 years ago. Charlap is among the great Jazz pianists of our time covering and interpreting a complete Jazz repertoire including works from the American Popular Song Book spotlighting songs by George Gershwin, Jerome Kern and Leonard Bernstein as well as timeless Jazz classics that include ballads, blues and rhythmic bossa nova.
The concert will finish with a reception and a chance to mingle and meet the artist. Tickets are $21 for adults and $5 for students. Visit Robbie Collomore.org for purchasing tickets.
